be disease free, it is being in a state where one is mentally, spiritually and
physically healthy. A healthy lifestyle
benefits in both long-term and short-term. Taking small steps in creating a

will also increase the length of one’s life along with its quality. therefore

Exercise
and rest: The trio of exercise, rest and sleep are one of the most
important contributors in keeping one healthy. Eating a balanced diet will not
be enough to lead a healthy life, one needs to exercise in order to get out of
the sedentary lifestyle. And also one needs to sleep for at least six hours
every day to give the body enough time to repair itself.

diet: Even though a balanced diet may not be enough to stay healthy
but it is also important. A proper meal should contain all the important
nutrients that are required by the body for various tissue developments.
Depriving one of such a balanced diet will lead to many bodily issues, the
brain will not be able to function properly and will also adversely affect the

it is seen that a person with a healthy mind also lives a healthy life. One way
to gain mental peace is by being connected to the Creator. Devoting some time
from the busy life to the Creator will make one feel at peace. And a peaceful
