lower-body position, now do an Arnold press, by extending the arms and lifting

arm row with crescent lunge: stand in the low lunge position, where you right
leg is extended at the back side edge of the mat, now lift your heel and make
your keens bent up to 90 degrees. Now allow to rest your left forearm, while
extending the right arm by drawing the dumbbells towards the mat. Secondly, you
can maintain the lower body position easily anddo the single arm rows by
drawing straight back your right elbow. Now bring right hand to the ribcage and
extend the arm forward again and then repeat it.
