Most of the sports require team members to attend tournaments
that are held in neighboring cities. So the team members need to travel and
they will enjoy this like a tour with their fellow men. They will get an
opportunity to visit various places and will understand their specialties,
their own living standards. I will try to cope up with other team members.
Spirit of cheering
It is not that we should always play and win the game. We
can also be an audience who can cheer his team members to win the game. The
real feel of cheering is felt when we watch our favorite sport in a perfect
stadium. Have you ever experienced it? I have experienced once when I got an
opportunity to watch a sport in Milanpuskar stadium. Sitting along with a huge crowd and cheering our team
members is beyond the words. We can get the full sportsmanship feel and
emotion. We can shout and cheer. There is no need to control our emotions for
that sport we have.
Stress management
Playing our favorite sport is added as a key point in stress
management. It is regularly exercising our body which will tone our muscles and
also our mind. People who are physically fit are less stressed compared
to others. So always give importance to sports in your life.
