The Other Types Meditation

Online Meditation plays a critical role in the education of the Buddha. The Buddha himself was the best meditator the world has ever seen, and his typical position, as depicted in sculptures, and so on, is the pensive, bent-legged position. He controlled the facts he found through deep meditation, scientific insight, and investigation of the psyche and the material body - and particularly the brain with each of the hallucinations and resistance it creates - and its incredible quality through lack of connection and freedom, something no one else has set out to do.

Silent Meditation

Silent meditation leads to deep focus (samādhi), mental ataraxia, and euphoria (jhāna). The meditator who practices this type of meditation is classified as "the person who accepts peace as his vehicle" (Samatha-yānika). The central rule in silent meditation is fixation (samādhi) or "brain focal point" (cittassaokaggatā) on an item or idea for a comprehensive period. This fixation can continually provoke euphoria (jhanas) which can fill as a reason for knowledge meditation (vipassana), which was found by the Buddha who later achieved his last enlightenment.
